Richard Sotka Convicted of Double Homicide in Green Bay Tragedy
Richard Sotka was convicted of a horrific crime. He murdered his girlfriend Rhonda Cegelski and her friend, Paula O’Connor. The tragic event took place on January 29, 2023 in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Upon arriving at Rhonda’s residence, law enforcement discovered the lifeless bodies of both women. Richard was apprehended by Arkansas police on that very day.
