Richard Sherman Suspected Of Alcohol-Related Offense

Richard Sherman is suspected to be driving under the influence, reported by Fox 13 in Seattle and his arrest on Saturday morning was confirmed by the Washington State Patrol. However, there are no report of it being official yet.

Jail Tim For Sherman After The Arrest

Richard Sherman with an 11-year NFL career and thrice awarded as All-Pro cornerback helped lead the Seattle Seahawks to a Super Bowl title in the 2013 season.

Nevertheless, in 2022, he pleaded guilty in Seattle for committing first-degree negligent driving and second-degree criminal trespass including speeding in a construction zone. Reported by Fox13 in Seattle, he received a 90-day suspension with two years monitored supervision which, as to this day, has not yet expired. It was agreed the he should stay out of trouble and that means to avoid any criminal, alcohol or drug-related offenses. However, this new driving under the influence that he’s been suspected to be arrested of, is clearly an alcohol-related offense. So, it can be expected that he will be spending time behind bars, as per ESPN report.

Sherman Crashed His Car And Argued With In-Laws In Redmond

According to a report of Gridiron Heroics, Sherman crashed his car in a construction zone, abandoned it there and went to his in-laws’ residence at Redmond. He also damaged the home while arguing with his in-laws though locked door. He is booked for residential burglary with a domestic violence, resisting arrest and criminal mischief. With this, he is mandated to have an interlock device on his vehicle and to attend Alcohol and Drug information school and DUI Victim’s Panel.

The NFL hasn’t commented on the incident.
