Over the weekend a heartbreaking incident occurred in Sacramento, California where a 10 year old child tragically lost their life. The perpetrator of this crime was another 10 year old who discovered a firearm in their fathers vehicle. This devastating event has left the community in shock and deep sorrow.

Disturbing Revelations

As, per the Sacramento County Sheriffs Office reports deputies promptly responded to a shooting incident on Greenholme Drive Saturday only to find a young person with fatal injuries. To everyones astonishment it was disclosed that the alleged assailant. Another 10 year boy. Obtained a firearm from his fathers vehicle and tragically shot the victim.

Law enforcement authorities also apprehended the father, Arkete Davis, aged 53 on charges related to firearms, child endangerment and being an accessory after the fact. Furthermore it was claimed that Davis, who was legally prohibited from owning or having a firearm in his possession attempted to dispose of the weapon in a trashcan following the shooting. The recovered gun is reported to have been stolen in 2017.
