A Honduran man was twice deported from the U.S. and was arrested for allegedly brutally killing two persons in Nashville.
Two Deceased Persons Found in Nashville
Two deceased persons were found in different cars in Nashville. Police said that one of the victims was Elmer Nahum Miranda-Martinez, 37 years old, who was fatally shot and whose body was found on Sept. 27 in a car set on fire in a wooded area on Franklin Limestone Road.
In a published article in FOX News, Kevin Castro-Garcia, 31 years old, the suspect was also charged with a second murder and abuse of the decomposing corpse of Brandon Rivas-Noriega, 26 years old, in Nashville. The body was found in the trunk of a different car.

According to a published article in Law & Crime, it was found during the investigation that the mother of the 26-year-old reported him missing after they received a text that he was in trouble in needed money. The mother also told the police officers that she last saw her son driving her 2015 Ford Focus two days earlier.
Furthermore, police said that Castro-Garcia was deported from the U.S. in 2010 and 2018. They also said that he is a native of Honduras. Castro-Garcia remains jailed on a bond of $1.01 million.
