A former Playboy model sued Bill Cosby on Thursday for drugging and raping him in 1969
Victoria Valentino, 80, is suing Cosby, 85, for sexual assault and sexual battery in Los Angeles. The complaint arrives five months after California temporarily lifted the statute of limitations for adults who say they were sexually abused by another adult. Victoria Valentino said in 1969 when an upcoming young artist was mourning the “tragic death of her 6-year-old child by drowning,” an 85-year-old famous actress and comedian died. He alleged that he groomed her drugged her and raped her.

While at Sneaky Pete’s, Cosby allegedly put a pill in the plaintiff’s glass and said: “Here! Take this! It will make you feel better. It will make us ALL feel better.’ Cosby placed another pill next to Plaintiff’s friend’s glass.” Shortly after, “Valentino began to nod his head and had difficulty keeping his head up,” the complaint stated, when Mr. Valentino said he wanted to go home, he felt nauseous and his head was spinning. Opening his eyes, Cosby said he stared at his unconscious friend with predatory intensity. The complaint also alleges that Valentino noticed Cosby had an erection and tried to distract him fearing he might attack his friend.
