Redding Police have released a statement after Nicky Alcaraz, the missing mother of two in Tennessee, has contacted her family.
Tennessee mother reported missing by family after domestic violence incident by longtime boyfriend
According to a family friend and brother of Alcaraz, Nikki Alcaraz’s family has contacted her family. Previously, her family in Tennessee had not heard from or seen her since early May. She was last seen at a Walmart trying to sell a cellular phone at a pawnshop that exchanges cash money.
A truck driver called 911 and said Stratton punched Alcaraz in the face. A CCTV footage was released by the Sheriff’s officials about a domestic violence that involves Alcazar and her longtime boyfriend. At first, she said that she wanted to press a charge against Stratton on hitting her, but Stratton denied the accusation and said that she did hit him first. At the end both of them admitted that they are under the influence of alcohol.
A nationwide search was launched by her family after she declined to file charges
After the Sheriff’s deputies lets them both go after she declined to press charges. Alcaraz said he and Stratton drank a bottle of Fireball after dropping off an unspecified friend in Texas, the deputy said.
