A San Antonio man was arrested after he allegedly shot and killed his 8-month-old daughter during an argument with his wife.

San Antonio Man Allegedly Kills His 8-Month-Old Baby

Records of the Bexar County court revealed that Alejandro Martinez, 20 years old, was caught and arrested just a month after he allegedly shot and killed his 8-month-old daughter while having an argument with his wife about the gun.

In a published article in TRUE CRIME DAILY, Martinez and his 21-year-old partner Ruby Mora got into an argument in their parking lot. Mora held her baby while trying to grab the gun from Martinez. After pushing back and forth, the gun went off and hit the baby and Mora.

They were immediately rushed to the nearest hospital to be treated but the 8-month-old baby was later pronounced dead. Meanwhile, Martinez immediately fled from the crime scene before the officers arrived but he was located and arrested at a motel, according to a report from KSAT.

San Antonio Man was Charged and Arrested

The San Antonio man was taken under custody after he was arrested and was charged with injury to a child in connection to the death of her 8-month-old baby. Meanwhile, Mora was also arrested on April 18 for injury to a child.

Moreover, the Bexar County Office court records also found that Martinez violated his bond conditions. He was also arrested on February for assaulting a pregnant person. According to an article published in PEOPLE, his pre-hearing is scheduled on June 6.
