Man Arrested for Sexual Assault is Out After Posting a Bond in West Monroe, Louisiana

A 57-year-old man, who was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting his adoptive teen daughter multiple times, is out after posting a bond.

Man Accused of Sexual Assault is Out After Posting a Bond

Kirk Albritton, 57 years old, was booked on April 29 after being charged with carnal knowledge of a juvenile and third-degree rape. However, he was released from jail after he posted a bond worth $70,000, according to a report published in TRUE CRIME DAILY.

It was reported by a news outlet that Albritton allegedly admitted to the authorities from the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office that he had sex with his adoptive teen daughter. He also told the investigators that he gave her every morning a pill after their intercourse.

Albritton Had Multiple Sex With His Adoptive Teen Daughter

In a document obtained by a news outlet, the victim told the Ouachita Parish Officers how many times the suspect sexually assaulted her. She said that she was just 16 years old when Albritton allegedly sexually assaulted her for the first time.

Albritton took advantage of her and raped her several times. During the investigation, it was found that the first sexual assault happened inside his room. On some occasions, he forced the teen to perform sexual acts on him, then assaulted her again.

Furthermore, the teen, who chose not to be named, told the Ouachita Parish Officials that Albbritton sexually assaulted her for over a year.
