Pregnant Woman Delivers Baby in Stall, Faces Charges for Attempted Disposal

Authorities discovered that the woman allegedly tried to flush the newborn down the toilet after giving birth. The investigation commenced when a restaurant employee dialed 911 and reported the incident to the dispatcher.

Upon their arrival, the officers apprehended the woman and initiated the investigation. It was revealed that the woman entered the establishment at noon and remained there until 1 a.m., when she entered the restroom.

According to the employee, who requested anonymity, they checked on the woman multiple times and even offered her water. The witness mentioned that the defendant made peculiar noises while in the stall.

After several hours, the employee informed the woman that she needed to vacate the restroom or else they would contact the authorities.

Shortly after, the woman emerged from the stall, and it was at that moment, as reported by the local news outlet Express News, that the witness discovered the newborn.
