Authorities seek assistance in locating missing 8-year-old girl from Kansas City

The Kansas City Police Department successfully located an 8-year-old girl who went missing in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Bre’Asia Wilson Cotton was last seen in the area of North Stoddard Avenue and Northwest 82nd Street around 7 a.m., according to KCPD.

According to the police, she was dressed in a vibrant pullover, paired with leggings and black and white Jordans.

The Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) confirmed on Sunday afternoon that Cotton had been found safe.
