Lincoln Police Seek Assistance in Locating Vulnerable 28 Year Old Joshua Martin
According to the report of WOWT, in a worrying event the Lincoln Police Department is asking for everyone help to find Joshua Martin a 28 year old man who went missing from a mental health place on South Street. Joshua has problems with schizophrenia and severe OCD. He was last seen on Friday afternoon walking away from the facility around 1:30 p.m. His family says he acts like a 5 year old in social situations.
