Senate Decision on Law Similar to India TikTok Ban Could Reshape American Social Media
According to the report of The National Pulse, the U.S. House of Representatives recently passed a law like India did with Chinese apps in 2020. It targets companies from countries like Russia, China, North Korea and Iran saying they must sell their U.S. businesses or get banned. Some worry the law might give too much power to the government. But others say its needed to stop China influence like how India acted after tensions at its border. The Senate will decide what happens next which could change how social media works in America similar to what happened in India after TikTok got banned.

New York Lawmaker Seeks Reform Amid India TikTok Parallels
Prince Harry is in trouble because of bad things happening at a charity he helps run in Africa. People say the charity guards hurt and kill others even though the charity says it does allow that. People worry about how charities treat local communities especially in Africa. This makes people question if famous people like Prince Harry should be involved in these kinds of things. In New York a lawmaker wants to get rid of a really old law from 1907 that says cheating on your partner is a crime. Even though nobody really gets punished for it anymore the law still exists. The lawmaker thinks its silly and does fit with how people see relationships today. So they are trying to change the law to match what people believe now.
