Affected Individuals Eligible for Compensation from Five Guys Data Breach Settlement
People who got a notice about the data breach from Five Guys after December 2022 can ask for money from the settlement. They can ask for up to $7,000 but they might get less if there are too many people asking for money. People can claim back things like bank fees, charges for calls or time they didn’t get paid for because of the breach. If someone lost time because of the breach they might get paid $25 an hour for up to four hours. People need to submit their claims before May 6.
