China-US Ties To Move Forward With Diplomacy And Mutual Respect

In the Munich Security Conference, on Friday, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi urged for a sound, steady and sustainable development between China and United States.

President Xi Jinping’s And President Joe Biden’s Successful Meeting At The End Of Last Year

A member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, had a meeting with the U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken. In the said meeting, Wang made the remarks and said that the presidents of both nations, in their meeting at the end of 2024, discussed their views on strategic, overall, and directional issued related to China-US relation and both reached to an agreement.

Their priority is for both sides to follow the strategic guidance of their heads of state to bring into reality the “San Francisco vision”. This is expected to promote a sound, steady and sustainable development of bilateral relations, as reported by Xinhua.

A Candid, Substantive And Constructive Discussions Of China-US

According to China.org, the two sides discussed several topics such as “Taiwan independence”, people-to-people exchanges, “San Francisco vision”, Ukrainian crisis, the Palestine-Israel conflict Korean Peninsula and other regional hotspot issues.

Wang noted in his remarks that their two major countries should get along with each other by exploring the right way. They should hold fast to the principle of mutual respect, peaceful coexistence and win-win cooperation.

At the request of Blinken, both sides had candid, substantive and constructive discussions.
