In a recent development reported by Independent Journal Review, Russian President Vladimir Putin accuses US and demanded an international investigation into his claim that a Patriot missile manufactured in the United States brought down a Russian military aircraft transporting Ukrainian prisoners of war. Regrettably, on January 24, the Russian IL-76 aircraft encountered a fatal accident, resulting in the loss of all 74 occupants, including 65 Ukrainian soldiers.
