This suggests that there are several houses loitering around the town and individuals without jobs that could occupy their time.

Another one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in Nashville is Buena Vista which is near Bordeaux. Reports say Buena Vista is frequently ranked as one of the worst areas in the city due to drug use being one of the most common crimes around the town. This suggests that drug use also increases the rates of violent crimes as well. Furthermore, Buena Vista also lacks the establishment of schools which is a common denominator of being one of the worst areas in Nashville.
