After successfully acquiring a warrant of arrest on Wednesday, the Plano Police Department captured a Denison man for his Plano murder on August 7. The man will face homicide and unrelated burglary charges.
Plano Murder Case Incident Report
The Plano murder case can be traced back to August 7, when the Denison man named Zemarion Derwin Winters, 19, killed a man in the 3300 block of the North Central Expressway. According to a kxxi.com report, the Winters’ arrest on August 16 was after detectives discovered evidence at a crime scene in Dallas that may connect to the Plano murder. The victim, who has no disclosed identity was found dead inside his car in a parking lot.

Plano Murder Case Verdict
Winter was charged with homicide for his Plano murder. However, there was also a prior and unrelated burglary charge against him. The Plano murder investigation is still ongoing. Meanwhile, Winter was taken into custody at the Collin County Detention Center, with a $1,000,000 bond on his head. There was no released information if Winters had an attorney to represent him.
