According to Dave Ockop‘s published article, Moises Caicedo has declined the offer of Liverpool to be in the team even though there was already a hundred eleven million euro transfer fee agreement between Brighton and Reds.

In the same manner, Chelsea has priorly prepared a hundred million euros fee to get up Moises Caicedo and is currently seeing a hundred million euros bid. If ever, this amount will surpass the fee Blue paid for Enzo Fernandez from Benzica in January.
