The Morgan County Coroner’s Office has completed an autopsy on Oakley Snow and ruled her death as “unexplained murder”

Oakley May Snow, a one-year-old girl who went missing in January, died of complications from an “unexplained murder,” the Morgan County Coroner’s Office recently concluded after an autopsy. Police believe her mother’s boyfriend, Roan Waters, killed her and left her body in a drawer at an abandoned house near Morgantown. Oakley’s whereabouts remained unknown for weeks. Witnesses reportedly saw Marshall and Waters emerge from their home in Indianapolis carrying “something like a child wrapped in a blanket.” Investigators speculated that Oakley was probably dead at the time.
