Ensure that eligible residents across the city are aware of ARISE and are applying for additional income opportunities
Applicants were randomly selected by lottery by Apt Associates, Alexandria’s research partner in the program. To be eligible for this program, applicants had to be residents of Alexandria and be at least 18 years of age. Applicants were also required to have an income that was no more than 50% of their regional median income, but this varied depending on the number of people living in the applicant’s household.
