Husband Speaks Out For The Tribute Of His Wife At The Beach

Samantha Miller, a bride who was killed by an alleged drunk driver just moments after she left her wedding reception on a golf cart after her wedding was remembered on Saturday, by Samantha’s family friends, and loved ones gathered on a South Carolina beach to hold a daylight tribute by tossing flowers into the beach with the name “Sam” written on the stems.

People reported that Hutchinson said that his wife would love it because his wife Sam is a  beach girl, and they always walk at the beach almost every morning. This is her send-off for sure, “She’s up there smiling for sure” Hutchinson added.

The Incident Of The Crime

Samantha Miller 34 years old died April 28 in Folly Beach where her wedding reception was held, when a car struck the back of a golf cart she was riding in alongside her husband and two other family members.

According to the groom’s mother, the golf cart was thrown away for more than 100 yards and repeatedly rolled.

Hutchinson suffered from a d multiple broken bones to his legs and vertebrae, in addition to brain bleeds stemming from the deadly crash, according to the fundraiser. Two others also sustained injuries.

Jamie Lee Komoroski the alleged drunk driver of the golf cart was arrested and faced one count of reckless homicide and three counts of felony DUI resulting in significant bodily harm. Komoroski stays in custody, according to online court records and also it is not clearly stated if Komoroski has entered a plea.

According to WCSC, authorities had requested Komoroski to perform the sobriety test base on the previously released affidavit report and it was stated that she nearly fell and when the police tested her for blood alcohol it was shown that her alcohol level was 0.261 percent which is three times more than the lawful limit in South Carolina, cited by the authorities.
