The head of the major Japanese talent agency particularly the boys-group agency expresses her sympathy. She posted a YouTube video apologizing for the alleged sexual misconduct perpetrated by her predecessor and swore to prevent it from happening again.

Johnny Kitagawa the prominent figure in Japanese entertainment and the founder of Johnny & Associates has faced Allegations but has never been charged with crimes. Kitagawa has been tossed for more than 20 years and died in 2019.
BBC News reported the allegations against Johnny Kitagawa which became a hot topic of scrutiny stating that several people claimed that they were sexually abused by Kitagawa.
Kauan Okamoto shared his experience that he was sexually abused more than 20 times from 2012 to 2016, starting when he was still 15 and in a boy band. Moreovre, Okamoto also added his statements claiming that believed that approximately 100 boys had been a victim of abuse.
However, Kitagawa always denied all the allegations during his life and never faced any criminal charges. Hence, Julie Keiko Fujishima the current head of the major Japanese talent agency apologized to all the victims of Kitagawa via YouTube in a one-minute video released late Sunday.
The incident served as a lesson in Japan’s lagging fight against sexual harassment. The company which is known as Johnny’s is a well-known Japanese talent agency that creates an extensive list, as dozens of the “tarento,” or “talent,” appear in various advertisements. A petition drive expressing outrage has gathered thousands of signatures.

Julie Keiko Fujishima apologized for all the “disappointment and worries” of the fans. Fujishima even claimed that she is unaware of any wrongdoing, although acknowledging that was no excuse.
According to Fujishima compliance groups and counseling have been set up, while stopping short of lining up an outside third-party investigation.
The allegations from Kitagawa claimed that he usually asked fledgling singers and dancers, mostly children, to stay at his luxury home, and when he was going to order anyone of them that it was time to go to bed early then that was the time everyone knew “it was your turn” and the abuse will begin.
