New IRA Plots a Bomb Ahead of Biden’s Visit to Northern Ireland
The Northern Ireland police disclose the New Irish army for plotting a bomb scheme during President Joe Biden’s visit to Northern Ireland for the upcoming 25th anniversary of the Good Friday agreement. Police said that the New Ira was looking for parts to make a bomb in the border city of Derry. Also, some sources said that the New Ira was planning some strike to concur with President Joe Biden’s visit, identical to the mortar attack on the cops in Strabane last November.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland (NPSI) did not answer a request comment that was asked on Sunday. The authorities warned President Joe Biden’s visit to the upcoming Good Friday agreement that planned some violence to disrupt the event. The president will be expected to visit northern Ireland on Tuesday or Wednesday.
The secretary of state in Northern Ireland, Chris Heaton-Harris, said that for over 25 years, Northern Ireland had been a peaceful country. The Belfast (Good Friday) Agreement demonstrates how peaceful and democratic politics improve society. However, a small number of people remain determined to cause harm to our communities through acts of politically motivated violence.
