Serial killer “BTK” has reportedly been interrogated again for the 1976 cold case kidnapping of Cynthia Dawn Kinney. Kinney was last seen on June 23, 1976, in Osage, Oklahoma.
On March 29, the serial killer named “BTK”, also known as Dennis Rader, 78, stated that investigators from the Osage County Sheriff’s Office have interrogated him again for a 1976 cold case kidnapping. The victim of the kidnapping was cheerleader Cynthia Dawn Kinney, 16. Reports say Kinney was last seen on June 23, 1976, in Osage, Oklahoma. She was reportedly seen leaving a laundromat and riding a beige 1965 Plymouth with two women.According to Bojorquez, however, Sheriff Eddie Virden of the Osage County stated that it is imprudent to talk about an arrest regarding the 1976 cold case kidnapping. It is also still vague what brought the investigators to Rader’s prison in Kansas. Nonetheless, Virden stated that the detectives are investigating on all possible leads.

More Details About the 1976 Cold Case Kidnapping
According to Ruiz, Kinney had brown hair and brown eyes. She stood 5 feet and 1 inch and weighed 97 pounds then. Kinney reportedly worked at a laundromat owned by her aunt and uncle at that time. There were alleged sightings of her in Kansas, but she was never located.
Rader stated that the Oklahoma investigators may have interrogated him again for the 1976 cold case kidnapping because, at that time, he had been active around two hours away from Wichita, Kansas. However, Rader insisted that he had no involvement in the disappearance of Kinney.
