Tristan Jedidiah Huber was arrested for a murder conspiracy to kill a friend of his and allegedly making a bomb to hurt the victim. Reports say Huber was soliciting assistance from a third party.
On March 3, the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office received a report claiming that Tristan Jedidiah Huber, 27, had made death threats against a person in Baxter County. Report says there are very detailed and explicit text messages that provided validity to the claims. In the text messages, Huber was reportedly on a murder conspiracy and was soliciting assistance from a third party to help kill a friend of his.An article on MSN states that the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office also received a similar report claiming that Huber was making a bomb to hurt the supposed victim. Eventually, the deputies responded to Huber’s residence where they were able to arrest him and take him into custody. Upon searching the residence, the deputies discovered what seemed to be a homemade explosive device. The Arkansas State Police Bomb Squad was immediately called to the scene where they found the device to be non-functioning. Nonetheless, they noticed that there are components that may be used to make the device function.

Charges for Murder Conspiracy and Bomb Threats
An article on THV11 states that on March 4, Huber was arrested on several felony charges. Huber was booked into a detention center and faced two felony charges for a misdemeanor for threatening fire or bombing and solicitation to commit murder and first-degree terroristic threatening. In addition, he was also charged with criminal mischief and theft of property from a preceding outstanding warrant. To date, Huber is held with a $110,000 bond and will be summoned before the Circuit Court on March 6th.
