On March 3, the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office received a report claiming that Tristan Jedidiah Huber, 27, had made death threats against a person in Baxter County. Report says there are very detailed and explicit text messages that provided validity to the claims. In the text messages, Huber was reportedly on a murder conspiracy and was soliciting assistance from a third party to help kill a friend of his.

An article on MSN states that the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office also received a similar report claiming that Huber was making a bomb to hurt the supposed victim. Eventually, the deputies responded to Huber’s residence where they were able to arrest him and take him into custody. Upon searching the residence, the deputies discovered what seemed to be a homemade explosive device. The Arkansas State Police Bomb Squad was immediately called to the scene where they found the device to be non-functioning.
