Holloman ALS and 3rd Quarter Award Winners 2024

On November 21, 2024, 47 Airmen proudly graduated from Holloman’s Airman Leadership School (ALS) during a ceremony held at Club Holloman.

ALS is a rigorous 24-day professional development program that prepares Senior Airmen and new Staff Sergeants for their roles as frontline supervisors. This in-residence course covers essential topics like leadership, followership, communication, and the profession of arms.

Graduates of ALS earn the Noncommissioned Officer Development Ribbon, marking it as the first step in a series of in-residence training required for Airmen. Future courses include the Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) Academy for Technical Sergeants and the Senior NCO Academy for Senior Noncommissioned Officers.
