In a scene that could be straight out of a suspense movie, a quiet senior facility in West Palm Beach turned into a disaster zone after a massive fire broke out, causing $30,000 in damages. The most shocking part? Police say a 73-year-old woman, who lived in the facility, is the one who started it.

What Really Happened the Night of the Fire?
According to investigators, the fire started in one of the private rooms at the facility sometime earlier this week. At first, staff thought it was an accident, but it didn’t take long for the fire department to notice signs of arson.
