GILLETTE, Wyo. — Bright skies and warm temperatures are in store for Gillette area residents this weekend, according to forecasts from the National Weather Service.
Today, sunny skies will be paired with a high temperature near 77 degrees, the NWS reports. Winds should remain very light, as south winds aren’t likely to reach 10 mph.
Skies are likely to remain mostly clear into the night, with temperatures falling to a low of around 44 degrees after sundown. Winds are likely to pick up considerably after nightfall, and the NWS reports wind gusts upwards of 26 mph will be possible at night.
Sunday will again feature mostly sunny skies, and a high temperature near 78 degrees. It is expected to be a blustery day, with the NWS reporting wind gusts of roughly 30 mph.
