
CHEYENNE, Wyo. — One person died April 19 in a single-vehicle wreck near Cheyenne.
The motorist, 51-year-old Colorado man Donald Campbell, was headed north along Interstate 25 near milepost 4 when he lost traction while driving over an icy bridge. He began rotating counterclockwise and left the road on the right.
Once off the road, Campbell’s Jeep tripped and rolled several times before coming to rest.
According to the Wyoming Highway Patrol, speed is a possible contributing factor alongside hazardous road conditions.
